Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. Your order is filled between 1-3 business days. Orders can take up to a week to fill, though we try to send them out quicker if possible. The Grace Cuff is made at the time of purchase and will be filled within 7-10 business days.
Please plan your orders accordingly and order early enough. Once a package leaves us we can not control the speed of delivery. Upgrades on shipping are available if you like.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is charge based on weight, and expedited shipping is available. Spend $75 or more pre-taxed and receive free shipping, domestic only.
Designed by Stacey Jewelry, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hour
Designed by Stacey Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Designed by Stacey Jewelry, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
