Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days after delivery of your order. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can only offer an exchange for another item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Lost Packages:
We will always ensure our customers receive their orders. During the holiday sales period we require 30 business days from date of shipment before we replace or refund lost orders shipped within the USA. We require 75 days on orders shipped outside the USA. We have seen our shipping carriers take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver USA packages. Tracking on packages is often not being updated during the shipping process. Lack of updated tracking does not mean the package is not moving. We have no delivery information beyond tracking shown through the carriers websites.
Non-returnable items:
The Grace Cuff, Mystery Boxes, and gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in like new condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.
How to return an item:
- Please email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please return the item to Designed by Stacey Jewelry, LLC, PO Box 1877, Palatine, IL 60078. We strongly encourage you to save your tracking information and insure the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Items must be in "like new" condition and in the original packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@designedbystaceyjewelry.com and send your item to: PO Box 1877 Palatine Illinois US 60078.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
