I want to thank you for your business this holiday season. As a small family business, I appreciate that you have chosen Designed by Stacey Jewelry for your gift giving this holiday season. This year has been very different for all of us. With these unprecedented times, online shopping became the priority this holiday and just like most other companies it came with a few pain points.
I have personally spoken to my local post office and UPS. To sum up what they have told me, this is the highest number of packages ever shipped and they are doing their best. All packages will be delivered but may not be as timely as we would all like. I know how important it is for you to understand the status of your order, I hope you find this information helpful.
- If an order arrives late, I will email you a card by 12/23 that can be downloaded, printed and wrapped explaining your gift. I realize it will be disappointing that the jewelry is not in the package but it will be something to look forward to after the holiday rush.
- If your order does not arrive within 30 days of being shipped, please contact me so that I can take care of you.
- You can check the status of your package on usps.com or ups.com by entering your tracking number on their site. You can also sign up there to receive emails or texts as the package moves through their systems.
I understand that these problems may potentially have an effect on gifts you intended to give this holiday season as you celebrate. We’re doing our very best and apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. I appreciate you, your kindness and patience.
